Vision

My expertise and knowledge stem from experience gained in five-star hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants across the UK and Europe. I have had the privilege of working alongside renowned chefs such as Michel Troisgros, Michel Bras, Gordon Ramsay, Marco Pierre White, David Nicholls, Harry Lomas, Michael Wignall, Heston Blumenthal, and Daniel Boulud.

These exceptional establishments continually challenged me to create something truly distinctive for special occasions, bespoke experiences that go beyond what can be found on any menu.

Chef Greg and his team take great pride in hand-selecting exceptional suppliers and ingredients, such as Chalk Stream Farm trout, to create and craft bespoke menus tailored to each client’s requests.

By working closely with British local suppliers, we follow nature’s calendar, ensuring that every menu showcases the very best ingredients each season has to offer.
